Today’s 9to5Toys Lunch Break is headlined by Apple’s most affordable 1TB M5 MacBook Air at $150 off via Amazon and in all colors). Alongside the rare $99 price drops on Apple Watch Ultra 3, we also have refurb deals at $164 off joined by Apple’s least pricey USB-C Magic Keyboard sitting at the Amazon all-time low today, and these official Apple Thunderbolt 5 Pro cables at up to 48% off. Be sure to check out Nintendo’s new and FREE Hello, Yoshi! app for iOS and head below for a closer look at everything.

Apple’s most affordable 1TB M5 MacBook Air is $150 off at Amazon (All colors)

The 2026 MacBook deals are flying this week, and while the MacBook Neo price drops have been slight thus far (as expected), the M5 Pro and M5 MacBook Air discounts have been, and still are, particularly significant. Alongside price drops across the entire lineup, Amazon is now offering all four colors of the most affordable 1TB M5 MacBook Air at a straight up $150 off

Amazon is now offering the 13-inch M5 MacBook Air with 16GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD down at $1,149 shipped

This is the most affordable 1TB M5 MacBook Air you can buy – an internal storage capacity that is quickly becoming the standard and has already on the MacBook Pro lineup. It regularly carries a $1,299 list price and is now a full $150 off on all four colors to deliver the lowest price we have tracked online from a reputable source since release last month.

While some of the colors on select RAM/storage configs are at $149 off still, the majority of them are at $150 off now and you’re either way looking at the best prices (or within $1) out there right now:

As mentioned above, these deals also join up to $199 in savings on the brand new M5 Pro and M5 Max MacBook Pro for folks looking for some serious power – you can browse through all of those deals right here and down below:

Official Apple Thunderbolt 5 Pro cables up to 48% off, deals from $31

Alongside the ongoing deals on the basic black Apple USB-C cables we have right here, Woot is still offering some notable deals on the official Apple Thunderbolt cables. We are tracking deals on both the latest Thunderbolt 5 and the Thunderbolt 4 models at a touch less, alongside even deeper deals if you buy more than one of them. Details and a bonus discount code await below.

Unlike we usually see with Woot, it is still offering some bonus savings on these cables on top of the already reduced pricing – these codes are usually only active for day or two. Simply use code APPLEFIVE at checkout to knock $5 off your order. Just remember, this is a once-time use code – can only be used once per customer:

These official Apple Thunderbolt cables certainly come at a premium if you buy them directly from Apple, but even the Amazon listing for the Thunderbolt 5 version is rarely on sale. The 1-meter Pro Cable carries a $69 list price and has never sold for under $49 at Amazon.

Apple’s least pricey USB-C Magic Keyboard is sitting at the Amazon all-time low today

Amazon’s rare $99 price drops on Apple Watch Ultra 3 join refurb deals at $164 off

Amazon still has a collection of the latest Apple Watch Ultra 3 models seeing rare $99 price drops. Many of these configurations are now sitting down at the lowest price we have tracked since release and receiving the first straight up cash discounts since the Black Friday deal season last year – price drops on brand new condition Apple Watch Ultra 3 models have been hard to come by.

Here’s a quick rundown of the configurations seeing the $99 price drops at Amazon right now – there are, by and large, the same options still live we have been tracking since Monday or so but some of the models are now back in-stock a the discounted rate:

In the name of uncovering the very lowest possible prices on these Ultra configurations, and some additional options, let’s take a look at the Best Buy open-box options. While there is nothing quite like opening a brand new Apple Watch Ultra, these “excellent” condition open-box units are usually the next best thing and include a 1-year warranty. But the prices aren’t all that much lower than the brand new units at Amazon right now:

Even these refurbished units you’ll find at Best Buy don’t seem all that notable a deal when compared to the new prices you’ll find above. They are indeed less, most of which at around $65 under the new sale prices at Amazon, but not by a whole lot:

Today’s accessories and charging deals:

Apple’s brand new 2026 MacBook lineup is already up to $199 off

While the MacBook Neo seemed to have made most of the headlines this year, Apple has unleashed a solid new 2026 MacBook lineup for folks who need more power and more than just 8GB of RAM too. Both the new M5 MacBook Air and the M5/Pro MacBook Pro lineups have been upgraded with higher storage tiers and are now sitting at the lowest prices we have tracked – you can land a brand new 2026 MacBook right now at up to $199 off

M5 MacBook Air

While we are yet to see the entire M5 MacBook Air lineup at $199 off, just about every model is $150 off right now to deliver some seriously notable early discounts this soon after release. As much value as the new Neo can deliver starting at $599, for me the MacBook Air is still the best bang for your buck in the lineup for all but the most casual of users.

M5 Pro MacBook Pro

For folks who need some serious horsepower for a complete mobile workstation, video editing, and more hardcore creative projects, the M5 Pro and M5 Max machines that released that month are where it’s at. Arguably the best displays on a laptop right now paired with Apple’s state of the art M5 chips, you’ll find discounts on a large selection of configuration options across both the 14- and 16-inch models at up to $199 off the list prices.

M5 Max MacBook Pro

While there are still some deals live on the base, late 2025 M5 MacBook Pro models, prices have jumped up a bit over the last couple weeks on just about all of them – there are some notable deals starting at $1,580 on Amazon at the moment, but we were tracking offers starting at $1,550 last week and even lower before that.
