Deals: M5 MacBook Air $199 off Amazon low, M3 iPad Air $400 off, iPhone 17 Pro Max, accessories, more

Joining the 2026 Memorial Day sales at Amazon and Best Buy, today’s 9to5Toys Lunch Break is adding Apple’s base 15-inch M5 MacBook Air hitting a new Amazon all-time low at nearly $200 off as well as Amazon clearance pricing on the 13-inch 1TB M3 iPad Air dropping again to the best price ever at a giant $400 off. We also have a rare $99 price drop on iPhone 17 Pro Max today and Apple’s mid-range 512GB 13-inch M5 iPad Pro at just shy of $150 off. All of that joins ongoing discounts on Satechi’s new Space Black metal 25W 3-in-1 MagSafe stand, this exclusive launch deal on SANDMARC’s new precision-machined aluminum bike mount for iPhone creators, and the new Nintendo Switch 2 bundle. Get a closer look below.

Best Memorial Day MacBook deals now live: 2026 Pro models up to $400 off, Neo from $590, more

Apple’s new base 15-inch M5 MacBook Air just hit the Amazon all-time low at nearly $200 off

Amazon is now offering its best price ever on the new 15-inch M5 MacBook Air. Now down nearly another $50, you’ll find the most affordable model at $199 off via Amazon for the first time starting today.

Amazon is now offering the 15-inch M5 MacBook Air with 16GB of RAM and the 512GB storage capacity down at $1,099.99 shipped

Regularly $1,299, you’re looking at nearly $200 off the list price and the very first time we have seen this model down this low at Amazon. It is in fact the first time we have seen any M5 MacBook Air at nearly $200 off on Amazon since release in March. There were a couple particular configurations with charger upgrades n the Midnight color seeing similar price drops at B&H for a limited time, but those deals are all gone now.

As of the time of writing, all but the Midnight colorway has dropped the additional $50 – Silver, Sky Blue, and Starlight.

Only the 16GB/512GB configuration in the 15-inch form-factor is catching the extra savings this morning, but we will keep a close eye out for the other models today and as we approach Memorial Day proper on Monday. We did not expect to see the new M5 Air drop down this low this soon, so this might just be a special offer on this configuration, only time will tell.

Amazon clearance price on 13-inch 1TB M3 iPad Air just dropped again to new all-time low at a giant $400 off

Amazon has been quite aggressive with deal pricing on the still perfectly capable M3 iPad Air over the last month or so as it looks to clear out shelf space for the new M4 model. But, much like we saw with the 11-inch  1TB model yesterday, it is has now knocked another $100 off the 13-inch 1TB model to deliver new all-time low pricing at a giant $400 off

Amazon is now offering Apple’s 1TB 13-inch M3 iPad Air Wi-Fi + Cell model down at $1,049 shipped. This deal is live on the Gray model only and stock is low – get in there while the gettin’s good.

This config fetched $1,449 before being replaced by the most comparable M4 model at the same price back in March of 2026. Today’s deal lands at $100 less than the previous clearance price we had been tracking to deliver $400 in savings and the lowest we have ever tracked at Amazon.

I might even argue that these clearance M3 iPad Air deals at Amazon are the best iPad discounts we have seen all year. No, they don’t carry the more powerful M4 chip, but at prices like these I would suggest there are more than a few folks out there that really don’t need the new model, and perhaps even more that might not even be able to tell the difference:

Rare $99 price drop hits iPhone 17 Pro Max today

While we are starting to see some Amazon Premium Renewed iPhone 17 Pro/Pro Max deals, the prices are not low enough yet to pass up a brand new model. And while the same might be true for some folks on these Woot deals we have on iPhone 17 Pro Max today, you can score one at up to $99 off right now. Details below.

Woot is now offering some “pristine“ condition iPhone 17 Pro Max units that “have never been in customer hands” with some discounts right now in all three colors:

Again, we are not talking about massive price drops here and I am not sure I would recommend going for these Woot deals unless you are in a position where the $99 in savings really makes a difference, but a deal is a deal.

These Woot units are not Apple Care eligible but they do ship with a 1-year vendor warranty and, according to the listing, are essentially brand new with a “with a test sticker showing 100%” battery life:

sFor roughly $100 more on the 1TB model, I might just eat the difference and go straight to Apple for iPhone 17 Pro Max at this point, but we are clearly starting to see some deals landing on Apple’s latest, and hopefully some even deeper offers courtesy of the Amazon Premium Renewed in the coming month or two.

Apple’s mid-range 512GB 13-inch M5 iPad Pro back to one of its best prices at nearly $150 off, more

After spotting a new Amazon all-time low on the 1TB 11-inch M5 iPad Pro with the nano-texture glass upgrade down at $1,499 shipped, Amazon has also now brought back one of the best prices to date on the more accessible mid-range 13-inch 512GB model at nearly $150 off

Amazon is now offering the 512GB 13-inch M5 iPad Pro down at $1,349.99 shipped in both the Space Black and Silver colorways.

Regularly $1,499, this is just shy of $150 off the list prices and the best we can find in brand new condition. Today’s deal lands on par with the lowest we have tracked on Amazon for the Silver variant and within a few bucks of the best on the Space Black – it dropped to $1,344 for a very brief stint once.

You will also find the somewhat mid-range 11-inch 1TB model back down in the $150 off range at Amazon as well.

While we do see the more pricey models with $200 price drops from time to time – like the aforementioned 1TB model, the more accessible mid-range variants are rarely sold for any better than $100 and $150 off.

While these models are, by just about anyone’s standards, still pricey, even with the deals, we are talking about the latest M5-powered iPad Pro and one of the best on the planet if you ask me. That said, if you’re looking for a more affordable option, I recommend taking a look at the clearance deals on the M3 iPad Air right now – they are very good:

Today’s accessories and charging deals:

This 14-inch 24GB M5 MacBook Pro w/ 96W Apple charger is $320 off today ($420 off launch price)

While there are plenty of notable discounts flying on the M5 and 2026 M5 Pro MacBook Pro lineup at Amazon right now, B&H is landing this morning with another special bundle offer. This 24GB M5 MacBook Pro with the upgraded 96W Apple charger is $320 off right now ($420 off its launch price).

B&H is offering the 14-inch M5 MacBook Pro with 24GB of RAM and the 1TB internal SSD down at $1,599 shipped

This is a regularly $1,899 configuration, but B&H is also throwing in the upgraded 96W USB-C Power Adapter instead of the regular 70W model you’ll get in the box standard. Configuring this same machine with the 96W wall charger at Apple adds an additional $20 to the price:

Today’s deal is $320 off the list price and the best deal we can find. Amazon is charging $1,749 for this same machine right now with the standard 70W charger, and it has never sold for less than $1,699 there – today’s B&H offer is a very good one for this particular configuration.

This setup originally launched in late 2025 at $1,999 and it is now $420 less than that. However, after Apple nixed the 512GB storage tier the price effectively dropped to the $1,899 (or $1,919 with the 96W charger) we have now.
