Apple’s new AirPods 5 with ANC are live at $129, but this AirPods Pro 3 deal might be a better buy
We are heading into a new work week with AirPods Pro 3 still down at $199 ($50 off). The all-new AirPods 5 are now up for pre-order ahead of delivery this Friday, but we wanted to make sure this deal was on the radar – you can still land the flagship Pro 3 for just $50 more than the higher-end AirPods 5.
This generation Apple has decided to deliver active noise cancellation on both AirPods 5 models. For AirPods 4, only the higher-end set had ANC.
That means the starting price for Apple AirPods with ANC is just $129. And after seeing price increases on loads of tech, this seems rather impressive.
That said, if you want the on-stem volume controls and wireless charging case like the still current-gen AirPods Pro 3, you’ll need to jump up to the higher-end AirPods 5 at $149.
There is, of course, some additional differences between the top-end AirPods 5 and AirPods Pro 3 – mainly the sealed fit for Apple’s best sound isolation, up to 3x better noise cancellation, onboard heart sensing, and longer battery life.

Some folks simply prefer Apple’s more open and affordable AirPods 5-like design over the Pro series, and you can certainly score them for less ahead of delivery day this week. But it is worth keeping in mind that with the ongoing $50 price drop on AirPods Pro 3 at Amazon, they are only $50 and $70 more than the entry set right now. And there’s no telling how much longer this deal will last.
iPhone 18 Pro pre-order deals: Options from $867, under $12 per month, more
The iPhone 18 Pro is going up for pre-order this morning. Just after AirPods 5, Apple Watch Ultra 4, and Apple Watch Series 12 went live live alongside the ongoing discount on AirPods Pro 3, you will be able to secure Apple’s latest and greatest iPhone 18 Pro is starting from $32 per month on major carriers or $1,199 all-in unlocked. However, Walmart is also featuring some options for much less than that via T-Mobile starting at $867 + $11.85 per month on iPhone 18 Pro.
You’ll want to head straight to Apple if you’re taking the unlocked or trade-in route of course, but there are some other options out there this morning. More details below.

Walmart is serving up some notable monthly options this year for pre-order day if you’re looking to side-step the pricey unlocked rates straight from Apple:

Most affordable current-gen iPad Air now $100 off at Amazon
While this week it’s all about iPhone 18 Pro, AirPods 5, Apple Watch Ultra 4, and Apple Watch Series 12, we are catching a relatively rare chance to score the most affordable current-generation iPad Air at $100 off.
Amazon is now offering the 128GB 11-inch M4 iPad Air in a couple different colors down at $649 shipped. Regularly $749, this is $100 off and the lowest price can find. You’ll also find the 256GB 11-inch model in Gray down at $749.99 shipped on Amazon – this is just shy of $100 off and also the best deal we can find right now.
Both storage capacity options are, more or less, at the lowest prices we have tracked since the price increases back in late June. The 128GB gray model has dropped down a touch lower than this, but only for extremely short periods of time – you have had to be incredibly lucky and fast to score one for any lower than this since July.

While we spotted the return all-time low at $330 off on the higher-end XDR model this morning, Amazon just dropped the price again on the most affordable 2026 Apple Studio Display to deliver the best deal ever at $115 off.
Amazon is now offering Apple’s 2026 Apple Studio Display with the Tilt-Adjustable Stand down at $1,484 shipped.
While certainly not as deep a deal as the XDR model we had at $330 off (or the Apple refurb listing at $500 off), this is a dramatically less expensive Studio Display model that still delivers a premium viewing experience to a workstation near you at the lowest price we have ever tracked.
All-time low pricing returns on AirTag 2 today at $20 each
Pre-orders are flying on the new AirPods 5, Apple Watch Ultra 4, and Apple Watch Series 12 (Amazon already has some deals too), but the AirTag 2 deals are back again today as well. After jumping back up close to full price over the last couple days, Amazon has decided to bring back all-time low pricing on Apple’s 2026 AirTag 2 at $20 each.
The single AirTag 2 listing has remained down at $24 Prime shipped for a few weeks now – this is matching the lowest price we have tracked for one of them in new condition at Amazon.

While clearly not a massive discount or anything, this is the very lowest price this machine has been offered for since it went up for pre-order last week.
