Genius Bar workers taking Apple to the courts

A group of Apple Genius workers have filed a class action lawsuit against the company alleging they were poorly treated and did not receive statutory rest periods.

The lawsuit was filed in September 2009 in San Francisco. Former employees are now being contacted in order to find out if they want to take part in the class action. The Loop reports.
