Following today’s WWDC 2014 keynote, Apple has just refreshed their website with tons of new information on iOS 8, OS X Yosemite, and all of the new developer announcements unveiled at the keynote. (Now let’s just hope they update that navigation bar soon!)
Apple has also refreshed the Dev Center with new betas for registered developers.

What macs will support os yosemite? Will my mid 2010 macbook pro with Intel core 2 duo support it?
They didn’t say, but id imagine it will support yours.
The beta program page suggests you just need mavericks so at this point I would use that as a fair barometer.
Beta Feedback Assistant Update running in an 404… someone?
Yup! Waiting for their webmaster to upload files, I guess.

Can anyone view the Yosemite pages? When I click on the Yosemite link on Apple website it’s still Mavericks.

Sadly not, Site just got stomped xD. True, this time they really have put out a lot.
The performance of the US site of Apple is super smooth for me :P. And I had finished reading iOS 8 without any lag :D. I really looking forward to see Yosemite now T_T. Sadly, both http://www.apple.com/osx/preview/ and http://www.apple.com/osx/ give me Mavericks. Better take a nap first. Good Morning LOL.
Don’t worry, it’s only a page to enroll and accept terms. You will get notified when the preview is available for download.
For all those who gets the 404 error message, don’t worry. They just got huge amounts of traffic from people trying to download the beta. Wait a couple of hours and try again later.
I will try later to night because I’m in no hurry to try it and I like it when it’s less traffic.
But 404 error messages are for files that do not exist, not for high server load. Did their webmaster fall asleep?
I’m not sure but a lot of people are having the same issue, could be that they are changing the download location for the update and that the old download location is for the OS X Mavericks beta seed program that has been removed.
Will the opening up of Touch ID to 3rd party apps mean jailbroken apps like Virtual home can be created for non-jailbroken users? (Virtual home basically means when you press your finger on Touch ID and the device is unlocked, it acts as if you’ve pushed down the home button without actually pressing it).
Not not necessarily since if Touch ID is to be used like that, developers need full system-wide access to Touch ID functions. The new 3rd party app function only means you can use it inside apps and through app extension.

The updated Feedback Assistant is still not there, even though the 3.3.2 version directs you to the link. Still just the 3.3.2 version downloads. I contacted Apple the other day and they said “they are working on it”. How long can it take to link the proper file on their webpage?? Seems like they are withholding it for some reason, IMHO.
