[UPDATE April 7: iOS 9.3.2 is now available as a public beta update as well.]
Shortly after the recent iOS 9.3.1 update to fix a link issue and the major iOS 9.3 update with new features, Apple has released a new iOS 9.3.2 update for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. Apple has also released the first watchOS 2.2.1 betas for developers to test with Apple Watch following the recent watchOS 2.2 release.
The release notes for these updates are pretty boilerplate for now, only mentioning the standard bug fixes and improvements. The update appears to be propagating now so be patient if you’re a developer and don’t see the new releases just yet.
On iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch, the first iOS 9.3.2 developer beta carries the build number 13F51a, which is up from the official iOS 9.3.1 release at 13E238. While watchOS 2.2 for Apple Watch is at version 13V144 currently, the first watchOS 2.2.1 developer beta is at 13V413 for comparison.
The developer release notes for iOS 9.3.2 specifically mention developer-specific issues and workarounds for Dictionary, iBooks, Safari, and Simulator. And on the watchOS side, the release notes for watchOS 2.2.1 beta 1 calls out issues and workarounds for watchOS 1 WatchKit apps as well as Xcode crashes.
Apple has also released the first developer beta versions of tvOS 9.2.1 for the fourth generation Apple TV and OS X 10.11.5 for Mac developers. All of the latest developer betas can be found on the Developer Center which requires a paid account for full access. Apple often does public beta versions for iOS and OS X updates within a few days of developer releases, although it’s always possible the smaller, bug fixed-focus update may not get the same treatment.

Yay! I submitted the dictionary bug in Novemeber. Glad it’s seeing some love.
YES!! I submitted the dictionary bug in every public beta release. Sad to see it wasn’t corrected in the final 9.3 release.
what do people mean by dictionary bug fix?
When you highlight a word and tap Define, it doesn’t do anything.
I’ve never had that happen in 9.3 final.
Maybe they’ll someday address the numerous issues that pop up when using their Podcast app with Bluetooth. I’ve been submitting bug reports for as long as I’ve been a beta tester and it’s never gotten better.
Finally. Dictionary bug fix in focus.
Please tell me they fixed the watchOS notification sync bug. Been driving me crazy having to clear half my notifications twice.
