The built-in Notes app makes it easy to take down quick notes, memos, thoughts, or any other bits of text you want to keep handy on your iPhone. Every much so often, we need the notes to be printed, do you know how to print the notes directly from iPhone? Here in this post I would like to introduce three different ways to print the notes from iPhone.
Save Notes As Screenshots and Print as Photos
If you are not printing much of the notes items, you can open the notes items and save them as screenshots for printing.
Please make sure that your iPhone has been connected to a computer. You can save a single note item as screenshot by holding the Home button and the Power button.
> Launch Photos App.
> Locate the Album named Screenshots.
> Select the photo that you would like to Print.
> Tap the icon for sharing at the top left corner.
> Tap on the option “Print”.
Print Notes Directly from the Notes App
> Launch the Notes app from the Home screen of your iPhone or iPad.
> Tap on the note you want to share or print.
> Tap on the Share button.
> Tap on the Print button.
> Choose the options you want and tap Print.
Export Notes from iPhone to Computer for Printing
To print the iPhone notes, you need to export the notes to computer as printable format. You can turn to iFonebox which is a third party iPhone data recovery software and can export the notes from iPhone directly and selectively. Here is how.
> Install and run iFonebox on your computer.
> Connect your iPhone to your computer.
> Click “Start” after your iPhone is recognized by iFonebox.
> Choose Notes to scan selectively by clicking on the icon of Notes app from the interface listing all the supported data categories.
> After the data scanning and analyzing is finished, all the notes items even the deleted ones will be presented in a list for previewing and selecting.
> Select the notes items that you would like to print by checking the boxes before the notes items and click “Recover to Computer” to transfer to computer.
> The notes items will be recovered and transferred to computer in CSV format for printing.
