Apple says iOS 4.2 is here but where are the downloads?

On Apple.com you can currently see that Apple is advertising that iOS 4.2 is here.
However, if we check our handy tool at 8:40AM ET, it says we’re not yet updated. I’d wager an ‘any second now’. Tip us (tips a 9to5mac.com) if you hear anything different.
