I like Spotify. And this stuff. Apple getting artists to do exclusives just makes me want to support Spotify even more

I believe there’s too some exclusives on Spotify, compared to others streaming websites. Thus, they do the same as Apple Music. You just support the same philosophy, but in another service…

@Rasmussen – Not sure what’s up with all the ‘music exclusive’ hate surrounding Apple Music. As “nono68200” stated, Spotify’s had exclusives for quite some time now as well as Tidal that also has exclusive concerts, songs and videos; but when Apple has an exclusive it’s a end-of-the-world situation that sparks some fabricated rebellion. I don’t get it.

I’m perfectly okay with exclusives. It’s how Sony and Microsoft can keep making consoles. If you could get Mario, Link, Master Chief and Nathan Drake on the PS4 there’d be no reason to buy a Wii U or Xbox One.

We’ll just put this in the ridiculous Apple hate file and keep moving.

June 30th can’t soon enough for me. As soon as I replicate all of my albums and playlists into Apple Music from Spotify I’m canceling. 30 million+ tracks to stream, my rather generous iTunes library as well as live radio and backstage-like/social network features all in the same app? Uh, yeah!

Thanks to Spotify for keeping the seat warm for Apple.

imagine hearing the snippet without reading the title…

“the first name is free… the last name is dumb?”

    #wha?
