10.5.6 moves Trackpad system preference out on its own

Along with some other sneaky stuff, the 10.5.6 update moved the Trackpad system preference out of the Keyboard & Mouse pane for all Leopard laptops.  This brings parity with unibody MacBooks who’ve had the separate pane since inception.  The pane offers a limited amount of multi-touch functionality (below).
