iPad minis with LTE start arriving on Black Friday (Nov. 23) for standard, Nov. 21 for expedited

It appears those who ordered the LTE iPad minis late last night in the U.S. will start receiving theirs about Nov. 23, according to what we heard from a number of early buyers. Orders placed overseas are generally less specific. Apple notes only LTE models will ship “mid-November” in its advertising:
