Apple’s first Apple Store opening in Queens, New York is approaching. Signage for the new store at the Queens Center mall has appeared, according to tips from readers. A photo of the location, which we discussed in our report on future New York Apple Stores earlier this year, is shown above. We were told earlier this year that this Queens store will be the largest New York Apple Store within a mall and that the opening is planned for later in 2015. Apple is expecting this store to pull in nearly as much revenue as some of its larger flagship locations in the State…

In other New York Apple Store news, Apple has officially announced the new Upper East Side, Manhattan store that we discussed in that same report earlier this year. Apple has published a new website dedicated to promoting the major new location situated at 940 Madison Avenue. The store will officially open on June 13th, and Apple’s website showcases various black and white photos taken  on an iPhone 6 at around the intersections of Madison Avenue and East 74th Street. The store’s opening occurs at 9AM on Saturday the 13th, and store hours will be 9AM-8PM Monday-Saturday and 11AM-7PM on Sundays.

The Brooklyn store will be located in Williamsburg in a vintage looking building on Bedford Ave. and North 3rd Street.

Actually that construction site has a big For Rent sign on it now. I wonder if the delays enabled Apple to back out or if it was never really true that they were moving in there.

GO Queens!!! That mall is ALWAYS packed and some spill over. $$$$$$$ for Apple at this location.

  3. Will you be able to buy the Watch there?

Joking, as you can’t buy it in any Apple Store yet.
