Update 8:30PT PM: Apple’s system status page now reflects that the issues have been resolved.

According to the company’s status page, The issues began roughly half an hour ago and are affecting the App Store, Apple TV, iBooks Store, iTunes Match, iTunes Store, Mac App Store, and Radio.

Apple’s Online Store and iMessage also seem to be affected by the outage according to various tweets and the Down Detector website, although Apple’s status webpage makes no mention of iMessage and Apple Online Store issues. The Down Detector outage map shows that the outages are affecting users across the globe.
