Deals: MacBook Neo up to $120 off, MacBook Pro $500 off, Apple Watch SE 3/Ultra 3 $130 off, AirPods, more

The AirPods Pro 3 discounts roll on alongside the all-time low pricing on AirTag 2, but for today’s 9to5Toys Lunch Break we are stating off with the official Apple Certified Refurbished Store where you’ll find the lowest prices on MacBook Neo at up to $120 off the list new lists. Those deals join this M5 Pro MacBook Pro at $500 off (that’s $100 under the pre price-hike MSRP) as well as this Apple Watch Series 11 model at $150 off, Apple Watch SE 3 at up to $80 off, Apple Watch Ultra 3 at up to $130 off, and the ongoing Best Buy August Back to School sale. Scope it all out down below.

August AirPods deals up to $100 off: AirPods Pro 3, Max 2, more from $99

Official Apple refurb store has the lowest prices on MacBook Neo, up to $120 off list price

Alongside the MacBook Air and M5 series MacBook Pro, Apple’s much more affordable new MacBook Neo also saw a price hike recently, but you can side step that by way of the official Apple Certified Refurbished Store – MacBook Neo starts at $689 at Amazon, but you can score one from the best Apple refurbished store there is with a full Apple warranty from $599

The official Apple Certified Refurbished Store carries all of the MacBook Neo configurations at the lowest prices we can find from a source even half as reputable, and, again, with a proper Apple warranty as well as Apple’s “rigorous” refurbishment seal of approval.

While it does not look like there are special offers on these machines when you pull up the listing pages on the Apple refurb store, they are all at least $100 under the new MSRP – the 512GB model with the Touch ID keyboard is actually $120 off the new list price and $20 under the previous list price.

Yes, they are refurb units and, yes, they are really just bringing the price back down, or very close, to the old MSRPs, but we are also talking about the lowest prices on the most affordable current-generation MacBook here.

For some, the $100 to $120 in savings isn’t worth going for a refurbished unit, and understandably so, but this is certainly not an insignificant amount of cash and we are talking about the best quality refurbished you can buy straight from Apple.

All of this machines ship with:

  • Apple’s one-year limited warranty
  • Apple’s 14-day returns policy
  • AppleCare eligibility
  • Apple’s Rigorous refurbishment process prior to sale

If it’s the M5 MacBook Air or MacBook Pro you’re after, scope out the Apple Certified Refurbished Store offers on those below, followed by the best new condition unit deals we are tracking this week:

Best Buy launches August Back to School sale: Apple gear, smart TVs from $80, dorm upgrades, more

This new M5 Pro MacBook Pro is $500 off, $100 under the pre price-hike MSRP, and undercutting Apple refurb store

While a lot of the deals floating around on MacBook Pro right now are really just bringing the machines back to pre-price hike MSRPs, if that. The official Apple Certified Refurbished Store is offering up some solid price relief, but this banger ongoing price drop on the M5 Pro MacBook Pro 2TB model at Amazon is $500 off the new MSRP and $100 under the previous, much lower list price.

Amazon is currently offering the 14-inch M5 Pro MacBook Pro with 24GB of RAM and the 2TB internal storage at $2,499 shipped still.

That’s certainly not cheap, but it is $500 off the new list price, and all things considered, most notably $100 under the MSRP before Apple jacked the price up.

Another interesting comparison is to the official Apple refurb store, it is charging $50 more than Amazon for this same machine in refurbished condition.

Nobody likes price hikes, and this deal is a little bitter sweet for sure, but it is what it is, and this is a seriously deep discount that is lower than the original MSRP nonetheless.

Apple’s 2026 AirTag 2 is still sitting down at $22 each (Amazon all-time low pricing)

This Apple Watch Series 11 cell model just hit one of its best prices ever at $150 off

Apple Watch SE 3 now starting at $219 via Amazon, 44mm cell model back to all-time low at $80 off

The Apple Watch deals are flying this week with $100 off the most affordable Series 11 models from $299, various Apple Watch Ultra 3 configs at up to $130 off, and now we are tracking the return of solid deal pricing on the most affordable of them all, Apple Watch SE 3 from $219 (the 44mm cell model has returned to the Amazon all-time low at $80 off). Details below.

While not all models are back down to the lowest prices we have tracked – most of them were $20 less during Prime Day in late June, for example, that 44mm cell configuration above is certainly a notable price.

Regularly $329, this 44mm Apple Watch SE 3 Cell model is now matching the lowest price we have ever tracked on Amazon at $80 off the list.

Natural Apple Watch Ultra 3 with blue Trail Loop just dropped even lower, now $130 off at Amazon

While we are tracking the one-size-fits-most Ocean Band models at nearly $100 off, deals on Apple Watch Ultra 3 with the Alpine and Trail Loops are a touch more rare and you can land the Natural model with the latest blue Trail Loop at an even lower price right now – it is nearly $130 off

Amazon is now offering the Natural Apple Watch Ultra 3 with the Blue/Bright Blue Trail Loop down at $669.97 shipped

Regularly $799, this particular model is now seeing an even deeper deal than the rest of the Ultra 3 configs on sale right now – there are several others at just shy of $100 off, but Amazon is getting a touch more aggressive with the deal pricing on this Trail Loop setup:

As you can see above, all of the other models on sale right now are $99 off.

While we have seen this Blue Trail Loop config sell for $20 less during Prime day, that was the first time it had ever sold for a price lower than we have here today at Amazon.

If you’re after the far less price Series 11 models, the most affordable configs are $100 off right now:

Powerbeats Pro 2 with Find My and heart rate monitoring $50 off at Amazon, or $118 off Best Buy open-box

ecobee’s latest HomeKit Smart Thermostat Essential back at $90 Amazon low (36% off)

Today’s accessories and charging deals:

Anker’s more powerful 100W 3-port Smart Display Charger is down at $50 on Amazon (Nearly 30% off)

Anker’s 4-port Smart Display Charger with 240W USB-C cable now down at $65 (Nearly 30% off)

Official Apple MagSafe Battery drops back to all-time low pricing at 40% off

We have had a steady run at deals on the official Apple iPhone Air MagSafe Battery and, after quickly popping back up to full price yesterday, Amazon is giving us another shot at the 40% off all-time low deal price.

Amazon is now once again offering the official Apple iPhone Air MagSafe Battery back down at $59 shipped

You’re looking at Apple’s tailored-made magnetic power bank that would cost $99 if you bought it just about anywhere else.

This deal is one we have tracked more than a few times over the last four months or so, but it is also on par with the best discount we have ever seen since Apple debuted its add-on battery pack for iPhone Air back in September.

Deals started to pop nearer the top of the year down into the $79 range, but with early summer came far more impressive discounts and we are indeed getting another go at it here again.

As I, and many others, have said in the past, this is by no means the most affordable MagSafe power bank you can buy, but neither is just about anything else with an official Apple logo on it.

It is, however, one of the most elegant solutions you can buy if you ask me, lining up perfectly with the backside of your Air and providing 65% additional charge in one of the thinnest packages out there.

If you’re not sold on the Apple treatment here, I tend to lean towards options like the Anker Nano Magnetic Power Bank or the TORRAS MiniMag Power Bank

Still live: Amazon’s best quality renewed iPhone 17 Pro units are $220 off

If you’re liking to secure yourself a current-generation iPhone 17 Pro or Pro Max at a discount, there are some options floating around this week. Deals on brand new unlocked condition units are tough to come by from reputable sources, but we are still tracking up to $220 off 17 Pro in Amazon’s best quality renewed condition.

Over at Amazon you’ll find the 1TB and 512GB iPhone 17 Pro models live again at up to $220 off – these are Amazon Renewed Premium units with a 1-year Amazon Renewed Guarantee and “greater than 90% original battery life.” Standard Amazon refurbished units only come with a 90-day warranty and you don’t get the same battery guarantee either.
