Showlist is a sleek & beautiful app that aims to make managing your favorite TV shows a breeze with it’s clean & clutter-free design.
There are plenty of TV shows trackers, but Showlist takes a different approach. The second version of the app which was just released relies heavily on gestures, is packed with some great new features and is still super fast.
Adding your TV Shows to Showlist is fairly simple, you just have to search for it in a pretty large database. Your shows are then displayed in a list that contains just the necessary information – the last watched episode, a progress bar and finally if you are up to date in a given show, the number of days you have to wait until the next episode is released.
This allows you to get a sense of your progress in all the TV shows you watch at a glance.
Among the new features introduced with the 2nd version, there’s notifications, some statistics about your progress in a show (which can sometimes remind you the impressive amount of time you spend in front of the TV), a handy list of all the upcoming episodes of a show and how many days are left for their release.
There’s also a trending tweets section so you never miss what’s new and worth knowing with your favorite shows.
At the end of the day, Showlist is a lightweight TV tracker that helps you track your TV shows as easily as possible.
The app costs $0.99 and is available in the App Store.
