Ubiquiti’s new Wi-Fi 7 gear starts at $99 and can supercharge your iPhone 16

Last week, I covered Ubiquiti’s new cloud gateways, and the company is back this week with another release. This time, it’s releasing one of the lowest-cost Wi-Fi 7 access points on the market, the U7 Lite, which is available for $99. It’s also releasing a new in-wall Wi-Fi 7 access point for $149. Wi-Fi 7 expands upon some of the great features of Wi-Fi 6E and is supported on the iPhone 16 lineup (except the newly released iPhone 16e).

Ubiquiti is a popular networking choice for small and medium-sized businesses. It offers extremely low costs with a useful feature set for many organization’s needs. There are a lot of plusses and minuses to using Ubiquiti products, but I am not getting into that aspect today. What I do want to look at are Ubiquiti management options.
