While the majority of popular apps have already released updates to incorporate support for iOS 7, Spotify is a little bit late to the game with its iOS 7 support update hitting the App Store today. The release notes on iTunes don’t mention many changes other than compatibility with iOS 7, but you will see a few UI tweaks that make the app fit more in with Apple’s new, flatter OS. Buttons and other UI elements seem to have been given the flat treatment, and you’ll also notice that the sidebar and media controls have been streamlined as well.

Version 0.8.0 of Spotify for iPhone and iPad is available now on the App Store.

What’s New in Version 0.8.0
