Apple is continuing the new round of advertising it kicked off with last night’s new iPhone 6 TV spots, this time making the jump to print media. The new ad was first detailed by The Mac Observer and features full-size images of both the iPhone 6 and its 5.5-inch “Plus” counterpart.
Though the two new handsets sold over 10 million units in the first weekend of availability, there are certainly still customers out there wondering which device will fit them better. The ad is a clever way to let people go “hands on” with the phones without even having to drive to an Apple Store.
The ad is making its debut on the back cover of the latest issue of Rolling Stone though it could show up in other publications soon.

Kinda like when the iPad mini was on the back of Time with its actual size
When are they doing recall for the bending iPhone 6+s?
Haha never.
You are sitting on it wrong!
They should address the issue but people should also be more careful. I wouldn’t sit on a device that’s worth more than $700, not even while it’s in my pocket. Before this issue came to light, my fear with mine was the screen cracking while in my pocket.
I keep my OnePlus One 5.5″ phone in my pocket all the time and it never occurred to me that there was a risk of it bending. Just tested it – flat as a pancake :)
Just another reason I’m glad I ended almost 6 years of iPhone ownership for this fantastic ‘droid phone.
I still love my iPad and Mac though :)
They need 6 plus blanks to rent from the Apple Store – then I can wander around with one in my pocket and various clothes for a week to see if I can deal with the size. If I can then it is definitely a 6 plus.
Actually I want a 6 plus when I am using it and a 6 when it is in my pocket….
Here is the better way to check actual size in your browser, google “iphone 6 actual size”
