After several hours of downtime, Apple’s Online Store is slowly coming back up and the iPhone SE and iPad Pro 9.7-inch are both now available for pre-order. The iPhone SE starts at $399 off-contract, while the iPad Pro starts at $599. Deliveries will begin in one week on March 31st.
9to5Mac’s Ben Lovejoy and Zac Hall both plan on purchasing on the iPhone SE, while I plan on purchasing the iPad Pro 9.7-inch model. A 9to5Mac poll showed that 68 percent of readers don’t plan to purchase the iPhone SE, while 46 percent don’t plan on purchasing the new iPad Pro.
In terms of carrier availability for the iPhone SE, details are listed below:
The iPhone SE is available in 16GB and 64GB varieties at $399 and $499 respectively. The device features a design nearly identical to that of the iPhone 5s, but largely the same internals as the iPhone 6s. The device features Apple’s A9 chip and M9 coprocessor, as well as a 12MP rear camera with Retina Flash and support for 4K video recording. The iPhone SE also features Apple Pay support, Live Photos, and always-on “Hey Siri,” but lacks 3D Touch and the second-generation Touch ID sensor. The first wave of launch countries are: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Singapore, United Kingdom, United States
The 9.7-inch iPad Pro is available in 32GB, 128GB, and 256GB variants at $599, $749, and $899, respectively. The device is essentially a smaller version of the 12.9-inch variant launched last year. On the inside is an A9x processor, while the display is True Tone, meaning that the color temperature adjusts based on the room environment. The 9.7-inch iPad Pro also features support for always-on “Hey Siri,” unlike the larger model. Read all of the differences between the two iPad Pro models here and all of the best accessories here.

Getting the new iPad Pro. Used the Apple Store app. Goodnight!
Got the new iPad Pro. Seamless process using the Apple Store app on my existing iPad Pro!
Got the new iPad Pro! Ironically, I ordered it using my existing iPad Pro, via the Apple Store app.
I ordered my iPad Pro 9.7 inch from the website and I’m all good now. It will replace my 12.9 inch Pro which is too big for carrying around.
Just ordered the 64GB SE
+2 for iPhone SE (wife and I). Even wearing a large size glove, I find the 6s to difficult to use with 1 hand. With additional iCloud space and Apple Music, the 16gb is fine for me.
Pre ordered 2 iPhone SE 64GB Space Grey!! Cannot wait till I have them!
