Friday’s best deals: AirPods 3 from $125, exclusive 20% off Nomad iPhone 14 case sale, more

Heading into the weekend, all of today’s best deals are now up for grabs thanks to the fine folks over at 9to5Toys. For this fine Friday, AirPods 3 are now at some of the best prices of the year starting at $125. That’s alongside an exclusive batch of discounts on Nomad’s popular iPhone 14/Plus cases to go alongside Twelve South’s ParcSlope MacBook and iPad stand and its first discount of the year to $48. Hit the jump for all that and more in the latest 9to5Toys Lunch Break.

AirPods 3 are an even better value from $125

Amazon is now offering Apple’s latest AirPods 3 with Wired Charging Case for $149.99 shipped. Normally fetching $169, you’re looking at a rare chance to bring home the brand’s latest releases without paying full price. The $19 in savings match our previous mention from over a month ago, and land at the best price of 2023. You could also head over to Best Buy and score an in-house refurbished model at $124.99 to lock-in some added savings at $34 off, too, and marking a new all-time low.

Apple’s latest entry-level earbuds originally launched back in October of 2021 and then were refreshed with a new wired-only charging case last fall that takes much of the same page out of the pro version’s playbook as before. While you’re ditching the silicone eartips, AirPods 3 arrive with much of the same Spatial Audio support, as well as added water-resistance for tagging along on runs or workouts. Circling back to the charging case, there’s no MagSafe charging on this model, with only a Lightning port on the bottom to refuel when you’ve worked through the 30 hours of listening time.

As notable as some of the new inclusions this time around are, there’s still something to be said for just how good of a value the previous-generation AirPods 2 still are. These are a great alternative for getting in on Apple’s true wireless earbuds game, even if you’re missing out on the Spatial Audio support. Even so, the $99 price tag may deliver enough in the way of added savings to be worth those trade-offs.

Nomad takes extra 20% off iPhone 14 cases in exclusive sale

Nomad today is partnering with 9to5 in order to offer our readers an exclusive chance to save on its latest in-house cases. If spring has you thinking it’s time to refresh the look and feel of your handset, Nomad is stepping in with just the sale. Right now, you can save an extra 20% on its entire collection of iPhone 14 and 14 Plus cases. Ranging from its signature Horween leather builds to some more slick sport cases fit for Apple’s latest, applying code 9to514 at checkout will deliver a match of the best prices this year on everything.

An easy highlight from the sale is delivering some of the first price cuts this year on Nomad’s new collection of iPhone 14 leather cases. Ranging from its standard leather covers which we’ve raved about in the past to more protective folio-style covers, everything starts at $32 and is available across both of Apple’s new entry-level iPhone 14 handsets. That’s down from $50 or more, stacking the ongoing overstock price cuts with our exclusive code.

You’ll have a choice between the signature Horween designs that made Nomad famous in the first place as well as its newer and more affordable leather which we found to still be worth the price in our hands-on review from last fall. Pricing does vary based on which style of leather you go for, as well as which colorway catches your eye. But in any case, you’re saving at least 20%.

Twelve South’s ParcSlope MacBook and iPad stand sees first discount of the year

Amazon is now offering the Twelve South ParcSlope Stand for MacBook and iPad at $48. Down from the usual $60 going rate, today’s offer amounts to nearly 20% in savings while marking the first discount of the year. It’s also the lowest we’ve seen in almost a year, where it last hit the all-time low at $0.50 below today’s markdown.

Unlike many of the other stands we’ve been featuring from Twelve South as of late, the ParcSlope stand takes on a more versatile form-factor that on top of being able to prop up a MacBook, can also handle holding your iPad in place. Just as perfect for getting your M2 laptop’s screen a bit closer to eye level as it is for providing the perfect place to rest your 12.9-inch Liquid Retina display to use as a drawing tablet, Twelve South ParcSlope features an angled design with a premium construction. It has a minimal design that still helps increase airflow to your device.

Belkin’s original 15W 13-in-1 MagSafe charging stand hits $118

Amazon is now offering the original Belkin 15W 3-in-1 MagSafe Charger for $117.79 shipped. Normally fetching $150, today’s offer is landing at the best price this year following a 21% discount. This clocks in at $8 under our previous mention, as well. With MagSafe at the center of the nightstand or desk upgrade, this 3-in-1 Belkin charging stand features a 15W magnetic stand perfect for topping off your new iPhone 14, as well as existing iPhone 12 and 13 series devices. Off to the side is an Apple Watch charging puck that sports a standard charging output, with a 5W Qi pad underneath for AirPods and the like. You can get a closer look at the experience of the original in our hands-on review.

Charge your iPhone and AirPods on Satechi’s new Duo Wireless battery stand

Satechi’s official Amazon storefront is now offering its new Duo Wireless Charger Stand and Power Bank for $80.99 shipped. Marking the second-best price we’ve seen to date, today’s offer is down from the usual $100 going rate and amounting to $19 in savings. It clocks in at $4 under our previous mention from over a month ago and is now the second-best price to date. It has only sold for less twice before, by comparison. Arriving as Satechi’s latest multi-device charger, the Duo Wireless Stand takes to refueling your gear while on-the-go with a built-in battery. Its 10,000mAh capacity is primed to handle topping off your iPhone 14 several times over, as well as giving some extra usage to AirPods and anything else that can plug in with a USB-C cable. We explore what to expect in a recent Tested with 9to5Toys review, too.
