Apple Vision Pro continues to gain new apps tailor-made for spatial computing. The latest is from the immersive experts at Spatial. It’s a brand new app called Spatial Analogue. The company describes it as “the first collaborative 3D immersive experience platform on Apple Vision Pro” for professional 3D design workflows. Spatial has also shared plans to release a second app for visionOS called Analogue Designer in early 2025.
Analogue use cases
Spatial highlights four ways designers can use Analogue on Apple Vision Pro:
- Quickly visualize ideas in full 3D context & immersion
- Collaborate securely from anywhere: across local teams or distributed design team around the planet
- Prototype designs without coding to accelerate development
- View instantly on Apple Vision Pro for a full fidelity interactive experience
National Geographic Society is among the list of firms that Spatial works with, enabling them “to collaborate directly in real-time immersive settings, sparking a level of frictionless creativity in workflows that were previously fraught with design challenges, silos of internal & external teams and compatibility roadblocks.”

Analogue includes a set of scenes for three business design verticals as inspiration:
- Auto Dash Layout and Garage Collab Room for automotive design
- Vision Theater, Courtyard, Photo Gallery, and Space Layout for space pre-visualization
- Conference Collab Room and boxHAUS Induction for product design reviews
Analogue features
The latest Apple Vision Pro app launches with a focus on these three experiences:
- Real-time collaboration: Review designs in real time and enjoy face-to-face collaboration, no matter where teams or clients are located. Native SharePlay capabilities during a FaceTime call enables high fidelity shared design experiences.
- Vantage Points: Create and navigate through various design viewpoints. Review every detail from every angle.
- Asset Variants: Quickly test different versions of the same asset. Experience real-time A/B testing, as if everyone is in the same room.
Designer coming soon
In addition to launching Analogue today, Spatial is also announcing a native 3D design tool for Apple Vision Pro that’s coming in early 2025.
Analogue Designer will include native support for OpenUSD, enabling the upcoming visionOS app to “integrate seamlessly into previously cumbersome 3D workflows and dramatically accelerate design reviews while dropping proprietary roadblocks,” says Spatial.
