iPhone 6s Taptic Engine Not Feeling/Sounding right.

I have had my iPhone 6s Plus since launch day and it recently fell off my bed. Ever since then, the Taptic Engine has been sounding really weird. Whenever I 3D Touch, it’s no a longer a pleasant vibration feeling on your finger but a pinch to the screen. Like something is hitting the screen from under and it’s going to tear the screen. Has anyone had this issue? Should I post a video of my iPhone 6s and the sound it makes?
