Gruber, iFixit: New touch has only 256 MB of RAM
In a tweet comparing the specs of the new iPod touch and the iPhone 4, DF’s John Gruber said the new touch has half the iPhone’s RAM.
That would be 256 MB as compared to the iPhone 4′s 512 MB. iFixit has just confirmed this!
