Just under two weeks after releasing OS X Mavericks 10.9.2, Apple has seeded the first beta of OS X Mavericks version 10.9.3 to developers. The build number is 13D12. Like its predecessor, it is likely that 10.9.3 focuses on additional bug fixes. Apple asks developers to focus on Graphics Drivers and Audio during testing. We’ll update this post if new features are discovered.
Update: 10.9.3 builds in support for running 4K monitors at Retina resolution. All of the details here.
Thanks, D!

What about Mail stalling? I found a work-around but it this considered a bug that is to be fixed?
Well, anything stalling is a bug that needs to be fixed. Have you filed it with Apple? If yes, did they say if they’ll fix it.
They never tell you if they are going to fix it or not. All that they can do is to request additional information like logs or diagnostic reports.
to what Ivan said. 3 things tend to happen. It kinda just sits there unnoticed, they request additional information, or it gets marked as duplicate. You can see when something is “resolved” but they won’t be like “ok cool thanks for letting us know, we’ll be right on that” It’s sorta a mysterious black box. You can’t even see what other people have submitted as a bug so you know you are submitting a duplicate.
Greg is right, it is a mysterious black box. From my experience the only more or less working way to get Apple’s attention about a bug is to report it under the current beta version of OS X or iOS. This way it will have more chances to get noticed.
