My mind is ready ! But my body isn’t

    • my mind is ready, but I’m not sure my bank account is..

      • Edison Wrzosek - 10 years ago

I don’t think anyone’s bank account is ready… But there is that thing called line of credit!

      • lkernan - 10 years ago

My bank sent me a chance to increase my credit limit the other day.
coincidence or do they know me too well?

I’m as excited about this as I’m am about a new US release.

Apple is about to announce it is copying Samsung even more.

      • eldonchew - 10 years ago

Hmmm shortly after Apple introduced Touch ID on the iPhone 5s, Samsung adds a fingerprint scanner into the S5.. talk about copying..

      • paul55br - 10 years ago

If your excitement level is as you describe, you wouldn’t be wasting your time with 9to5mac. So you must care more than what you want to admit. We all know what you’re up to here.

      • herb02135go - 10 years ago

I meant to compare this to a new U2 release.

      • herb02135go - 10 years ago

Well Paul, it’s fun to see the cult members drool.
But don’t get too excited and wet yourself. The phone won’t be water resistant, like the S5.

      • jrox16 - 10 years ago

Even more? Because Samsung invented the 4.7″ screen? Not much else in common… oh no I’m wrong.. Samsung did just unveil chamfered edges and recently added (a failed attempt) a fingerprint reader in the home button. Oh but that’s Samsung copying Apple. You must have typo’ed your comment and wrote it backwards, no problem. :)

      • Herb, why are you doing this to yourself? Aren’t you ashamed of yourself enough? We all know chinese and korean companies are the one who COPY.

      • o0smoothies0o - 10 years ago

About to announce things Samsung couldn’t even dream of.

Add 20 minutes to the countdown if you want to skip the cheesy videos of smiling faces at a brand new Apple store that just opened.

    • Mustafa Gerçek - 10 years ago

No, that would be like watching movie, and skipping everything until the awaited final act…

      • chrisl84 - 10 years ago

Not really, movies dont have final acts, they are a continues stream of a single story. It is more along the lines of showing up to a concert after the opening act finishes. Either way, I was being facetious

Why IWatch/IBand?? Apple has provided the name ITime…

Means nothing until they unveil the real name, but they have provided this name for now.

  4. Charles Reed - 10 years ago

herb02135go, you are just stupid.. hahaha… there is a reason, why Apple continues to go to court to defend it’s own patents.. that Samsung continues to blatantly copied. Get your facts straight. smh..

    • herb02135go - 10 years ago

      Apple litigates.
Samsung innovates. Samsung is the global leader in smartphones.

      Deal with it.

      • jrox16 - 10 years ago

Selling the most doesn’t make you the best. Chevy sells more cars than Ferrari, means nothing.
Also, Samsung innovates? How? Besides make larger screens (not hard), how did they innovate? In fact, since the concept of a “retina display”, I haven’t seen any real smartphone hardware innovation since then until Touch ID, which Apple did. Touch ID is very innovative (Samsung attempt is a total fail). So again, what’s so innovative about Samsung?

      • Adam Blake (@iAdamB) - 10 years ago

@jrox16 – haven’t you seen the latest Samesung innovation yet? Wow you’re really missing out, I mean who wouldn’t kill for a Samesung Galaxy Note Edge with waterfall display (curves around the edge)?

I think some people get innovation confused with wild and random stabs in the dark – release so many different and varied models and hope that one takes!

    I came :(

  6. herb02135go - 10 years ago

Can’t wait to see Apple introduce smartwatch especially after the NY Times quote about introducing something in which interest is low.

  7. weakguy - 10 years ago

Hey Mark. Why the “Steve Jobs” tag? Just curious.

  8. o0smoothies0o - 10 years ago

Apple believes it has several surprises for tomorrow? You don’t say……………

  9. I think it’s safe to say Apple has mastered the HypeMachine.

Am I the only one who thinks the “iwatch” will in fact be the new generation “iPod”. The iPod makes up 1 percent of their revenue. What will they do when it drops below 1 percent in a few years? Kill off the iPod line? They have to evolve that product line some how. Turn it in to a wearable. I think this is the answer. iPod. iPhone. iPad. No more, no less. No fourth category of device.
