Still awaiting my 6 Plus – according to the Apple web site, sometime late next week or early the following week.

I can’t imagine what the ship times will be for these newly opening markets – unless Apple is reserving stock for the new country roll-outs?

I also have been waiting over two weeks for a iPhone 6. Why doesn’t Apple take care of the demand in this country first before they sell all around the world?

    • Walter Tizzano - 9 years ago

maybe because Apple is an international company and want to satisfy customers all over the world and not just Americans?

      • 89p13 - 9 years ago

Absolutely agree with you. I would love to see how their allocation charts work – do they hold XX% in reserve for the countries that they have just introduced / will be introducing – while still filling the backlog of all the countries who have already ordered.

        I suppose it’s just because I’m a supply chain / logistics geek. ;)

    • Most probably because they earn more / iphone (less taxes) everywhere else than here.

Apple has all but forgotten about Malaysia :-( even though factories here are part of their supply chain.

    • Fred Nick - 9 years ago

It is not about Apple. It is about Malaysian tax system and the greedy carriers there. go figure why Thailand is getting it but not Malaysia.

    Der Apfel-Juggernaut rumbles remorselessly on…

It does seem like an extraordinarily aggressive rollout if they are still running 4-6 weeks behind in filling original orders here.

  6. Jayson Espiritu Rosete - 9 years ago

When will be the launch in the Philippines?

  7. Ilko Sarafski - 9 years ago

That’s quite strange… here in Bulgaria we received iPhone 6/+ but I can’t see us being one of the official partners/countries of Apple? That means, I guess, that our carrier (I think only one out of three), Mobiltel/Mtel, the same that leaked images of black iPhone 6 few weeks ago, just bought some amount of the phone and now selling it. By the way, the price here is 1200 euros (1400-1500$). Oh, that’s for the 16GB phone. :) So I am pretty sure that this carrier plays the role of the middle man here.
Whatever I guess, only few people are crazy enough to buy it from that carrier, instead of somewhere else. :)

Unless they get the random disconnection from wi-fi sorted, that’ll be another disappointed 36 countries
