The second generation iPod Touch (and 4G Nano) came with microphone-in headphone jacks. Obviously you could throw some iPhone headphones in there and start yapping on VoIP apps like Truphone and Fring. But to get the little $15 nubbin below going, it feels more like one of them i-Phones. Too bad once you leave wifi land, you are back to mere mortal iPod touch.
