Update: Disregard. This is from 2003 and is pen-based. Shame on us. Though Apple may have been granted this patent, a product like this has probably already been scrapped 5 years ago.
MacNN grabbed the screenshots from a patent application today. It looks like another tablet but much different than other Tablet drawings from Apple patents. More pics below.
