Just ahead of this week’s Apple ‘hello again’ event, the Apple Events channel has been updated with local time zone reminders of when to watch the announcements this week. The Events app refresh showcases the event invitation’s wispy and colorful Apple logo, with links to view previous events. You can even use the channel to see a reminder for when the keynote kicks off in your local timezone.

This week’s event is scheduled to start this Thursday, October 27th at 10 AM PT/1 PM ET. We’re expecting to see a slew of changes with the MacBook Pros including ditching support for current ports (including USB and MagSafe), and going all-in with USB-C. MacBook Airs and iMacs are also expecting refreshes, with reports coming in to say the 11-inch Air will be discontinued and that the iMac will receive under the hood performance increases.

Catch up on the latest news ahead of the event below:

Stay tuned to 9to5Mac for all the latest news and watch along at home on your Apple TV with the Apple Events app. The channel is a free download from the tvOS App Store on fourth-generation Apple TVs (just ask Siri to download Apple Events) and it’s pre-installed on third-generation Apple TVs. If you don’t yet see the update on your Events app, rebooting the Apple TV should cause it refresh.
