As the 2018 Winter Olympics officially kick off, Yahoo is capitalizing on the events in an attempt to make it as easy as possible for users to stay up to date. The company is adding features to Yahoo Mail that allow users to see the latest news out of Pyeongchang, South Korea…
For mobile users, the Yahoo Mail application includes a dedicated News section that “brings you all of the latest headlines right in your inbox.” Yahoo Mail users can access this section by tapping the medal icon in the upper right corner of the app.
Yahoo touts that this section brings users the “very best, up to the minute coverage” of the Olympics:
