  1. I think we can pretty definitively say ‘Steve would have never done this’.

HE actually did do this frequently at the Palo Alto Store, just not during a launch

      • Oh, cool, did not know that. I stand Very corrected.

This has got to be the best / smartest AND coolest move in the entire history of PR. Steve *should* have done this for launches of game changing products :)

That’s not true. SJ used to go to the Palo Alto Apple store on launch day occasionally. That’s also the store he most frequented on other occasions as well since it was the closest to his home. You are not correct.

More than 1000 people lined up at the Nashua, NH Apple Store.

Do they usually have a security detail? To have all three of them toghether in this type of open environment must be a nightmare for them.

Am I reading this right, only 200+ in the line? Multiple London, UK stores had queues of 600+ to 800+ 3/4 walked away disappointed. Myself included.

“Hi, Welcome to 1984. Hello! Welcome to 1984. Good to meet you! Welcome to 1984.” – Tim Cook
