Apple Music Festival ticket system down for many

Winning tickets for the Apple Music Festival is a long shot at the best of times, but many are reporting that they can’t even get as far as entering the lottery – either getting a blank screen or an error message when they click the Win Tickets link …

When Business Insider tried it, they got an error message (right), while my own attempt just got a header with a blank screen (left). The outage comes just one day after the App Store, iTunes, iBooks and other online services again were offline for many.

You will, of course, be able to watch online if you’re unable to get tickets to attend in person. In addition to the usual iOS, iTunes and Apple TV streams, Apple will also this year stream content through the Beats 1 station, as well as offering behind-the-scenes footage on Apple Music Connect.
