New renders of Apple’s Spaceship HQ provide the most detailed view yet

New renders released by the City of Cupertino from Apple’s planning documents provide the most detailed view yet of what life inside the company’s new spaceship headquarters will be like.

Illustrating everything from cafes to car-parks, the renders are intended to provide a feel for what the building will be like to work in, rather than just its appearance as a structure. They also include additional renders of the upper level of the 1,000-seat auditorium.

The campus was approved by the City of Cupertino last month (with the final rubber-stamping due on Friday), and is expected to open in 2015 or 2016. Click to enlarge any of the photos.

We’ve previously seen a large collection of renderings and plans, an incredibly impressive scale model of the campus and a detailed look at the on-site auditorium where we can expect future keynotes to be held.

You can also watch Apple’s project video, and video of the approval press conference.

I don’t see any bugs rendered in the high-grass mockups? Where are all the species that will take over this landscape? Unless they incorporate Ornilux glass, this place is going to be littered with dead birds midnight scavengers. Hate to say it.

OMG! You better tell someone at Apple about this. They are investing billions of dollars and most likely haven’t thought about dead birds and bugs. Hurry up and let them know before they start building it.

I wonder how many of these commenters work or live nearby?
I visit often and have relatives in the area. The City really failed its residents on this one.
