A few weeks ago, I looked at the state of Wi-Fi 6E and noted that it was probably time to start paying attention to when you’re deploying products that support the new standard and plan your deployment around that. I believe 2024 will be a year in which we see a lot of mergers and acquisitions in the enterprise IT and software industries. I’ve written about AppleCare many times over the past few years, and I’ve generally come away with the same answer: it financially doesn’t make sense for most organizations. The keyword in that sentence is most. Sometimes, it makes sense when time is more valuable than money.

Ivanti advises those using its endpoint security product to apply a crucial update. This update addresses a severe flaw that could enable unauthorized attackers to run harmful code within the impacted networks. While there haven’t been any confirmed cases of this vulnerability being exploited, there’s a history of attackers leveraging device management solutions for malicious purposes.
