Since its introduction, Apple has released at least one new phone every single year. In recent years, that has typically been in the fall. iPhones are sold through multiple retail channels including Apple Stores, cellular stores, Best Buy, and other major electronic retailers. iPhones can be bought with a single up front payment, financed through the iPhone Upgrade Program, or financed through a cellular carrier.

Apple’s smartphone has become much more than just a phone since its debut. The iPhone can act as your primary camera, music player, GPS device, email client, mobile banking system, messaging device, movie player, and much more.

I love MagSafe batteries and by this point, I have probably tested hundreds of them. There are plenty of great options out there with different capacities, charging speeds, built-in cables, and diagnostic displays, and there seems to be a MagSafe battery variant for any situation. But the feature I like most is thinness. While it’s great to have 10,000 mAh in a battery, that adds too much extra bulk in most daily cases. So over the last few months, I have been on the hunt for slim MagSafe batteries that add the least amount of bulk to my iPhone. These are the three best ones I’ve tested so far.

Nano-texture look for less? Best matte screen protectors for iPhone, iPad, and MacBook

Using the iPad Pro with the nano-texture display reaffirmed my preference for anti-glare displays. Naturally, this made me want to nano-texture all the things. While not all Apple products have nano-texture display options, you can get a lot of the way there with quality anti-glare matte screen protectors for any iPhone, iPad, and MacBook.

Apple is widely expected to release the first iPhone with a foldable display this year. What’s less certain is exactly when it will launch and what Apple will call it.

iPhone Fold, to me, is the clearest shorthand way to reference the foldable iPhone before it has an official name. It also feels like the least likely name to actually be used.

Apple released the AirPods Pro 3 back in September of 2025. I have been living with them and using them every single day since then. I have used them for everything from workouts and runs to Zoom calls, travel, and just everyday listening. What has truly stood out to me isn’t how good they sound for the size, or how they are just about as good as their $550 AirPods Max 2 counterpart, but how Apple has actually improved them over the last 7ish months of owning them. A new report from Digitimes today says that production of Apple’s upcoming iPhone Fold has hit a roadblock. According to “sources within the company’s supply chain,” mass production of the device has slipped from July to August of this year.

Still, Apple is aiming to launch the iPhone Fold in 2026, as Bloomberg also reported last week … but it might be really hard to actually buy one.
