The future of Outlook on the Mac is looking bright today. Microsoft has optimized Outlook for Apple Silicon to deliver a speed and sync performance boost. Outlook for Mac is also now available as a free app.

Siri on Apple TV isn’t nearly capable enough yet to replace your remote, but Siri helps you pick up the remote less. Siri can search for movies and TV shows, adjust volume, and toggle captions.

A lesser known hands-free feature on Apple TV is Siri’s ability to launch live channels. A fair amount of setup is required for this to work, but the convenience of voice control is worth it.

As Apple prepares its production ecosystem for the iPhone 15 lineup due in September, we remain in the midst of revealing hardware leaks. Apple’s Continuity Camera feature on macOS Ventura added the ability to use an iPhone as the Mac’s webcam. Belkin worked with Apple to create MagSafe mounts that let you easily position your iPhone in place for this feature. There are two different mount styles, and each one has its own hidden feature.

While HomePod is primarily a speaker, it communicates its state with colored lights across the top surface. A static white light and a multicolored spinning light are the two most common status light colors. HomePod users will occasionally come across four or five other status light animations, and what they’re trying to say isn’t obvious from their appearance.

Apple Watch faces are very customizable when it comes to picking colors and app complications. Unlike iPhone and Mac, however, Apple Watch doesn’t really offer a way to switch between light and dark mode.
