COVID-19: Changes to the Apple Store experience

Apple Stores: What makes them unique?

Beyond their award-winning architecture and landmark designs, Apple Stores are known for their focus on education and creativity. Over 250,000 free Today at Apple sessions were offered to the community each quarter prior to the pandemic. New stores are designed with a Video Wall and gathering area for Today at Apple known as the Forum. Older “classic” locations are being upgraded to accommodate the same experience.

Apple Store appointments: How can get I help?

If you’re having a problem with your device or want to shop with a knowledgeable Specialist, take the time to make an appointment before your Apple Store visit. All-new Apple Hillsdale reopens in San Mateo

Apple’s holiday gift for the Bay Area is a brand-new store. The relocated and redesigned Apple Hillsdale reopened this weekend in San Mateo, California, replacing its existing location at Hillsdale Shopping Center.

Apple’s latest store design comes to Canada at Toronto Eaton Centre December 14

More than four years after introducing new design thinking to its retail stores, Apple is bringing the latest aesthetic to Canada for the first time. On December 14 at 9:00 a.m., Toronto’s Apple Eaton Centre will open in a new and expanded space in the mall, replacing the original store that has served customers since May 2006. Today at Apple upgrades begin at Sydney Apple Store January 5

Australia’s oldest Apple Store will temporarily close for renovations early next year that will re-energize the space and bring it up-to-date with other upgraded stores around the world. Starting January 5, customers will need to seek out other nearby stores until renovations are complete.

Japan’s 10th Apple Store opens December 14 in Kawasaki

Apple’s 10th store in Japan is coming soon to Kawasaki, a first for the city. The new store will be Apple’s fourth to open, move, or expand throughout Japan in 2019. Apple Kawasaki wraps a series of Japanese retail projects long previewed with teaser logos and promised to complete before the end of the year.

Apple has announced its official Black Friday shopping event, which runs from Black Friday (Friday 29th) through Cyber Monday (December 2nd).

Following the release of Apple’s official guide, Apple is teasing its Apple Store deals today with a homepage banner, inviting customers to ‘save the date’. The company will offer up to $200 gift cards with the purchase of eligible Apple products like iPhones, iPads, and Macs. As is usual, third-party sellers like Amazon will almost certainly beat Apple on deal prices.
